SterlingPT Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Post Tension Services Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., signed their 29th contract for NayaNazimabad Islamic Centre Mosque Project.
NayaNazimabad Islamic Centre Mosque is in NayaNazimabad project of Javedan Corporation Limited (JCL). JCL is one of the conglomerates of ArifHabib Group of Companies. The ArifHabib Group has built prosperous businesses in the areas of financial services & solutions, fertilizers, cement, steel and real estate. They are amongst the major corporate groups in Pakistan and are in the process of expanding their business collaborations around the world.
SterlingPT is happy to be the part of NayaNazimabad City Mosque. The total covered area of the project is approx. 40,000 sq.ft. with 150 ft. of clear span. This project is going to be one of its own kinds as it incorporates the longest ever span done by any of the franchise of SterlingPT USA. Post Tension Servics India (PTSI) did a span of 119 ft. for a temple in 2009 and was the longest span until now with Guinness book of world record. After successful completion of this project, SterlingPT Pvt. Ltd will be filing for new Guinness book of world record for the longest ever clear span using post tension technology.
Since Inception in 2009, SterlingPT has nurtured the construction industry of Pakistan by empowering buildings to enjoy long spans with heavy load bearing capabilities using construction technology. This project is the 29th sequel in this endeavor.
