SterlingPT is an engineering franchise of Sterling Engineering group of companies, (www.segoc.com) a USA based company with extensive post tensioning design and construction experience. Our office in Karachi is currently servicing clients in Pakistan. We have been working in Pakistan since 2009 and have done number of successful projects.
Our experience to date in Pakistan has yielded some valuable information. On an average the following construction improvements were observed:
• P-T reduces the self-weight of struction
• Cost of reinforecementis typically up to 25% less than the that of conventional reinforcement
• Formwork can be stripped after 7 days
• Post Tension Cable strength is four times grater than that of conventional rebar strength
• Effectively using in Parking structures, Residential and Industrial Structures, Wall Columns, Slab etc.
